Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist-deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training. Health benefits range from increased strength, range of motion and improved joint stability.

AQUABLITZ

Aquablitz is a higher intensity Water aerobics class. It is the performance of aerobic exercise in water. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist-deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training. Health benefits range from increased strength, range of motion and improved joint stability and improved cardiovascular endurance.
