AquaFit & AquaBlitz
Aquablitz is a higher intensity Water aerobics class. It is the performance of aerobic exercise in water. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist-deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training. Health benefits range from increased strength, range of motion and improved joint stability and improved cardiovascular endurance.

Give you child a memorable birthday party with a group of friends or family. Our birthday party package includes the hire of the pool, with play mats and floats, from 1.00pm to 2.00pm on Saturdays or Sundays. For no extra cost you may also use our multi-purpose room from 2.00pm to 3.00pm for relaxing and eating. We are very flexible and can cater for your party or you may bring in your own food. Maximum number of 20 children with adult to child ratios applicable for all children aged under 8.
Our multi-purpose room can be utilised for a variety of needs including workshops, training, classes, and meetings. The room is fully air-conditioned and is provided with use of tables, chairs and free wi-fi. Available 7 days per week, 9.00am to 8.30pm on weekdays and 9.00am to 4.00pm on weekends. Food and drink is available, pre-ordering advisable. Maximum Capacity 20 persons.
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
The NPLQ is a comprehensive training programme that will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a confident and competent lifeguard. This qualification is recognised across the Island and the wider UK and will enable you to work as a lifeguard in a wide range of settings, including leisure centres, swimming pools, and other aquatic facilities.
Every candidate attending an NPLQ course must be 16-years-old at the time of taking the NPLQ final assessment and be able to:
Jump/dive into deep water
Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds
Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water
Tread water for 30 seconds
Surface dive to the floor of the pool
Climb out unaided without ladder/steps and where the pool design permits
